Incredibly kind and immensely pleasant personnel at the excellent customer service and friendliness of the Sales Department personnel. the offered breakfast was complimentary and nice hot with a wide range of options. the venue had a good location in a decent area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast selection and the waitress was very nice. The hotel had a small bar area, fitness center, and pool, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

Clean hotel with convenient location near Raleigh and Durham. Lots of good restaurant options nearby. The bar at the hotel is a great place to unwind after dinner. The bartender, Brooks, is a friendly guy with lots of interesting stories. It's a nice touch when he greets returning guests by name.

The walls in the hotel are paper-thin, making it easy to hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms. This lack of soundproofing can be quite bothersome, especially for light sleepers or those who prefer a quieter environment.
